Uzumaki family can't possibly win this since the Uchiha side has the best healer in the game with them.

This can go either way under different scenarios. If sasuke doesn't have bijus then by manga standards he is weaker than naruto thus uzmakis win automatically. If sasuke is equal of naruto and they stalemate then everyone else can die in cross fire and minato with teleportation may live. Thus making it again uzmaki's win. 3rd scenario is where others don't die in crossfire and are away from naruto and sasuke, then it's essentially itachi and sakura vs minato and hinata. Which is again indecisive as itachi can't be harmed in susano (assuming minato doesn't have BM otherwise he'd murk), but itachi can't hold his susano for long and sakura needs to camp inside susano to avoid getting blitz by minato's clone and then getting single poked by hinata. Now the question will arise which battle will last longer, naruto vs sasuke or minato vs itachi. Odds are again against uchiha family. If sakura can boost itachi enough so that susano will last for considerable time then uchihas can win but mostly uzmakis have upper hand here.

When it comes to healing small cuts and stuff like that it works pretty fast as seen in Part 1, and in the Gaiden Naruto was able to get pierced through his gut and get up minutes later perfectly fine. So I'd say anything that isn't too serious can be healed from. More injuries, longer healing time too of course.

But it won't restore his chakra while Sakura can restore Sasuke's chakra and stamina. So it won't let him change the outcome.

Makes sense. Though hypothetically of course, because I do not remember this feat too well. In the Last Movie, Hinata did restore Naruto's chakra long enough for him to activate his chakra mode again after Toneri absorbed his chakra with the Tenseign (am I remembering this correctly?).

If this was a valid feat, do you think the same could be reciprocated, if Hinata too survived Naruto and Sasuke's clash.

Oh yeah, I completely forgot about that. Yeah, she did when she somehow got Hamura's chakra or something like that. So yeah, she should be able to do that here. Though it'd just be Sasuke vs. Naruto all over again and when the tie occurs again Sakura will be able to heal Sasuke again while Naruto has no more ways left to recover.
