Uchiha Dna + Senju Dna

So this is just a random question I just thought of. We all know that Uchiha body + Hashi Dna allows for the awakening of the Rinnegan + wood release, but what if it wasnt specifically Hashis Dna? Lets say Sasuke acquired Tobirama Senju Dna, he should still be able to unlock the Rinnegan right? It just seems like the manga puts so much emphasis on HASHI dna instead of just Senju dna when talking about unlocking thr So6p powers when in my mind the only difference between using Hashi or Tobis dna would be the use of wood release. Just some random poorly put together thoughts.

People pick Hashirama's DNA simply because out of all the Senju we've seen so far, he seems to have had the best genes handed to him by the Sage, as shown by his immense chakra reserves, healing prowess and Wood Release. Sure, the DNA of almost any Senju might work, but logically speaking, the stronger the Senju, the more likely you are of acquiring the Rinnegan through his DNA, hence why Hashirama's DNA is so greatly desired by many.

Any senju DNA and any Uchiha DNA will give the chance for the user to get rennigan, but hashi's was greater, giving a higher chance

Madara was not just cultivating DNA, But purifying it both Senju and Uchiha DNA making it as strong and pure as it was in the First and Second Son's as is possible,then placing it in Himself to get the Rinnegan, but it was not their as pure as He needed it to be so it still took a long time for Him to get it and when He did He was old,Older than He wanted to be and on life support. It was Orochimaru and Kabuto who finish purifying the Senju and Uchiha DNA to it's present form but had to use Edo to make Madara dream come true.

hashi DNA is special, not senju.....the manga has been quite clear on that. to get rinni im not even sure yet because madara got it before he died but aquired the hashi DNA decades before being able to get the Rinni.
