[Discussion] Uchiha Clan Resurrected?

With the sudden influx of sharingans in the Leaf Village, does this mean that the clan is officially revived? They never made it clear if the template for all the shin clones was a pure blood uchiha or not, but considering they are all similar in design its hard to imagine they were stolen implants. So what is the consensus? Revived or Not?
