Uchiha Clan Planned the kyuubi attack with Tobi...

Itachi's Parents being not around during kyuubi attack is pretty suspicious... I saw no uchiha defending konoha with the sandaime... So i bet the kyuubi's attack was really an uchiha coup detat attempt...and the uchiha was just waiting for tobi's cue before they move...fortunately minato stopped tobi... the uchiha children is at risk if tobi has no control of the kyuubi so they cancelled the plan.... what do you think?
