However, Sasuke and Sakura only yielded a daughter. If he does not continue to breed a son, the Uchiha clan will certainly go to the abyss of extinction. In the tradditional tone of course. If he breeds with Karin, however, may be a super Uchiha with super Uzumaki stamina??

Beside, Sarada looks quite sinisterly evil. I doubt that she really wants any man - she would follow her father's path, again.

OT: You could pretty much consider the clan extinct after Sasuke's death, however, something could happen down the line to change that. Also, wouldn't that mean that the main branch of the Hyuga is finished being that only females were born, and also the Senju, since we only know of Tsunade who's looking to enter her golden years.

I highly doubt the extinction of Huyga clan. Beside, they got many members within the clan. Extinction is unlikely.

Ootsuki clan does not have just only Kaguya, but also a nephew and few among others beside Kaguya.
The nephew is the new villain of the movie. Ootsuki is an alien clan by the way.
