Where do you think would happen in the Naruto world if Itachi never killed all the Uchiha? Curious on responses.

well based on what the manga has stated, id say they would have turned on the village and started a civil war within the village......but i could be wrong

If Itachi didn't do it, Obito would have I believe.
If not that, Danzo and Hiruzen as well as the rest of the village would take care of it.

Civil war would break out. The uchiha would have been massacred reguardless, but the other villages would see the leaf in its weakened state and attack them causing an even bigger war. ( remember not all uchihas have a sharingan.)
