Uchiha without Sharingan are basically the Sarutobi Clan. They both specialize in katon, and usually sprout powerful shinobi.

Not all Uchiha are geniuses, but a good amount of them are: Itachi, Shisui, Sasuke, and some others.

I still think the Senju are the strongest. They have no KKG yet they can counter and defeat Uchiha's who do. Makes you wonder..

Uzumaki too, those guys are OP as hell.
