A lot of you are wondering what I mean by that but it's quite obvious given the ridiculous war that has unfolded due to the new Hyuga fans. Before Hinata married Naruto and had Boruto, we all had a sense of the fact that the three-tomoed Sharingan was an extremely deadly Kekkei Genkai and was probably the strongest in the show second to the Rinnegan.
We know that if we break it down, the Sharingan nullifies any fight which is why it's said to flee when facing an Uchiha one on one because they are going to see through everything you use, given that they aren't a little kid fighting a 36 year old, ahem. The Sharingan can see your movements before you even make them, giving the Uchiha ample time to form a counter-attack. It's not uncommon for two people to make eye contact in a fight, the Sharingan can quickly place you under hypnosis. No matter what technique you use, as long as it isn't a Kekkei Genkai, an Uchiha can copy it and read through it. An Uchiha can also reverse a Genjutsu on you, this is just one of the many benefits of the Sharingan. And last but not least, the Uchiha have the Izanagi which is how they could have won the coup by just bringing back dead members.
The Sharingan, given it's many feats and abilities has proven itself to be a far more useful Kekkei Genkai than the Byakugan. As seen when Sasuke's Sharingan allowed him to dominate a version of Naruto that was using even more Kyuubi chakra than when fighting Neji. I highly doubt Sasuke needs the EMS or MS to defeat SM Naruto, the Sharingan in it's normal state is still a formidable weapon, especially in the hands of an Uchiha like Sasuke.
It really has gotten to the point where people think the Byakugan is higher than a 3T Sharingan despite the fact that the Uchiha stayed at the top with no MS users for centuries.
