Uchiha Clan: Blessed or Cursed?

Go back to how Itachi viewed the clan. Izanagi and Izanami. Those that made mistakes and counted on Izanagi to save, Izanami was there to make you accept your mistake. You have some that's power hungry(Madara) and some that are not power hungry(Itachi). When Itachi fought Sasuke, he said, "Tainted bloodline. Clanmates would fight each other and take their eyes to obtain more power."

Madara and Izuna was the first to awaken the Mangekyo Sharingan. Madara went blind and became desperate. He took Izuna eyes.

Whether he took Izuna eyes while he was alive or dead is now a mystery.(To me at least) Madara said: all my brother left me when he died was his eyes and their power.

Basically, You have Uchiha members that believe power was everything. And those that believed in the Will of Fire, I guess.


Now, Sasuke said he that he would use his own power to destroy Konoha. Then Sasuke became blind. Now he has Itachi eyes.

So if they used Izanagi and became blind, What do you think they did? Probably the same as Sasuke and Madara.

Madara: Believes the clan is blessed with power.
Itachi: Believes the clan is cursed with power.
Sasuke: He's confused.


What do think the Uchiha Clan is, Blessed or Cursed?

but to get the rinnegan you need to kill a friend then take your brother's eye then gain senju dna ................

yeah of course. The only way to be stronger is to kill your clanmates and family. Uchiha are totally blessed. Oh and that they had to all die ( except sasuke and tobi if he's uchiha) to maintain peace in konoha just makes them even more luckier.:sy:

I think they are cured because to have that in your mind, that if you take your brothers eyes you gain such power and if that person wants power, for whatever reason, they might do anything to obtain it. Also to have the power to change any mistake ( izinagi ) is very tempting.
