A Clan is basically another way of saying race. Obviously Kishi did not wanna seem racist hence why he did not mention it as race.

Not really, sure most members have a common lineage but I'm pretty sure the clans intermingled with normal shinobi, without genetic diversity they would've died off so incest wouldn't be practical. Sakura is Uchiha imo because she's married to one and has kids with one.

Madara was not nerfed. He was long dead before he was brought back to life.

nerf as in not showing off what he can really do on the battlefield. This go for Obitio too. With all that knowledge and resources at their disposable, they drag the war out. Itachi don't drag shit out. He shut that shit down ASAP. Madara could've shut that shit down ASAP as an edo and forced Obitio to bring him back to life.

Like I said, all these characters are nerfed and force to act a certain way for the sake of Naruto's character development.

Nope. A clan is a group of close-knit and interrelated families. Legally becoming apart of a clan makes you a member whether or not it's your true place of origin. ​

Sakura is Uchiha by name. Not by race, kekkie genki, nor culture. That does not mean she is classified as a Uchiha by blood as well. The uchiha by blood are better role models for a Uchiha than a character who has no relation to it besides marriage.

Based on uchiha fans's logic if Sakura is an uchiha, then by the next generation Boruto and Sarada kid would be all uzumakis lel. So uchiha clan becomes extinct by the next generation with Sarada uchiha being the first and last uchiah hokage....

Thats not even my point. In the manga Uchiha are known for being amongst the strongest due to there sharingan. This thread is made to appreciate them not a certain family that does not even define the Uchiha culturally. The SasuSaku family is a bad example of a Uchiha family because they don't fit all the creterias to be one.
