Tsukuyomi, Yata Mirror, Totsuka Blade, Susanoo (PS Included), Shisui's Genjutsu skills, Amaterasu and Enton, Uzumaki Chakra Chains, and SM Naruto? Itachi and Madara can take out Tobirama and Hashirama with Tsukuyomi and PS Slash. The Sage Buddha would get absorbed by the Totsuka Blade. Amaterasu and Enton takes out fodder Senju Clan members along with Naruto's SM attacks. Kushina and Karin's chains would add more on to the damage.

This battle would end in a slaughter.

Madara with Kyuubi gave Hashirama a hard time, Itachi stomps Tobirama while Shisui and Sasuke aid Madara.
Uzumaki clan not needed here.
