He's called the Sage OF the Six Paths because of his Rinnegan and the Juubi. Him having Sage in his title isn't enough to jump to conclusions and say that he had Sage Mode. He could of had it, who knows? But his name is far from viable evidence for this let alone proof.

This is not trolling but alot of u guys over look the elder son eyes and the two dot on his forehead.Around the elder son eyes there are dark layer similar to Hashirama sage mode ,orichimaru sage mode and Naruto sage mode.I cannot show link because of technical difficulty but look at toad sage mode,snake sage mode and Hashirama sage mode,they all have dark line around their eyes similar to the elder son.Hashirama have a dot on his forhead while the elder son have two small dot above both his eyes

I know that.... The elder son's appearance is traditional japanese and not Sage Mode.... SM is for people with special chakra and body and not special eyes.... =D =D
