Not sure I don't think the scroll contains any jutsu considering he only recently got a power up (in naruto time) but what do I know?

So..... whats sasuke going to do against a meteor....

Is the meteor a rinne tech or a madara original I'm still unaware none the less sasuke could shoot arrows at them and make them explode before they hit the ground assuming this would be effective
