I'd say either the Sannin or Prime Hanzo and Danzo. Remember, Danzo was saving some chakra to try and fight Tobi after his Saskue fight. And Pime Hanzo wiped the floor with the Sannin (albeit Jiraiya couldn't go SM.) I think if Jiraiya put those two in frog son, Good Game. Orochimaru could protect him for a bit. If Itachi and his bro got past the sannin or prime hanzo/danzo then they clear it.
