Your right to be able to use fire style means your considered an adult/ full fledged clan member. That doesnt negate you being an Uchiha in the slightest.

Since Sasuke and Sarada are the only 2 real clan members I don't know if the rule still stands. I would like for it to still stand hopefully sarad a copies a katon from konohamaru.
