What if the Uchiha and Hyuga clans had an eye switch? Would that make the Uchiha stronger and the Hyuga weaker?

OT it depends on the user.A kage level shinobi like Itachi should be able to handle it but making him stronger is a speculation.Itachi is used to the sharingan and all his battle techniques are based on it.So I don't think it makes him any stronger.

I was thinking if it would make a regular Uchiha stronger because technically, Byakugan>Sharingan(without Izanagi or Izanami).

About that, a non uchiha cannot use the sharingan's ability to the fullest.Same goes for the uchiha and byakugan as well.So it only depends on the user and his abilities.We can't just say that it makes anyone strong.
