i been re reading the manga and descovered something in chapter 222 shisui who itachi killed was the best a teleportation in the clan this may be the reason madara has that intangable ability. the ability with the normal sharingan in theory it maybe only able to do this at a minimum level. ms sharingan may strengthen the ability makeing the user faster with the teleportation look at itachis speed when he was in konoha it may explain a lot. the ems may be the entangability madara has making nothing able to hit him through the teleportation of his limbs and how he is able to be at diferent places at once.

But Madara didn't even have his EMS neither his MS when he was teleporting himself against Naruto, Kiba and Shino.

He just had his normal sharingan on, when he looked Kakashi in the eye.

Shisui was known for being a master at Shunshin no jutsu-(Body flicker) It's a ninjutsu known to lots of shinobi, but Shisui used it so well that he practically teleport at will.

its all about how u use the jutsus i supose. madara may have took the concept of body flicker to single out a part of his body like his vital spots. plus hes over a hundred years old that plenty time to develop a stronger style of teleportation. just how the fourth took the concept of summoning to create the thunder flying god.
