You could practice more on the hair, but eyes and head are looking all right ^^
As well try practice the shoulders! You made him look mad/serious to the viewer but you draw relaxed shoulders. So basically you make him relaxed but same time serious with does not go hand to hand, so it becomes more like :are you fuc*ing kidding me: meme face.

But yeah, it's a good drawing
