He's gonna be smitten, but even while he is being all lovey dovey, as soon as he catches wind that Luffy is closing in, he will resist it completely. Possibly even sooner. Or, somehow, he manages to take her with him after she falls head over heels for him. That's a distant second for me though.

That panel where he said that his hands are only made for cooking gives me the vibe that he had some history of not using his hand in the fight with his dad and he's much stronger with his hand than his legs......
