What is Typhoon, though? And why is it lit?

It's a tropical cyclone.Basically it's a rapidly rotating storm system it has a a closed low-level atmospheric circulation with a low pressure center point.It's like an arrangement of heavy thunderstorms with strong winds and heavy rainfall.

Naruto wise idk tbh haven't wanted Boruto or wherever it is from.Says it is like wind but a bit more visible and overall stronger in power.Wind is my favorite element so a stronger version (strong to earth and lightning and not weak to fire) is always lit z.z
On the downside tho there is only one tech I can use.CJ that with extra chakra turns all wind techniques into typhoon ones yay/nay? xD

Multi-rank, after the formation of several hand seals, one will release a powerful vortex. This can be used to limit vision, as well as cause widespread damage over a long range. Pretty powerful for its abilities, really.

Note: Can only be used once every two turns

A technique where you summon forth a massive tornado, that is around the size of a Susanoo. However, you are at the center of the storm, leaving you defenseless should the opponent come through to it.

As for CJ's does this element have the same level of versatility as wind release?

I gather my chakra while I perform a short sequence of hand seals.Once done I release chakra into the air and make it rapidly spin,forming a chakra infused vortex that is directed by me to move around the battlefield towards my target.For this one can I make the vortex anywhere withing range and direct it at the target or is it omnidirectional,moving all around me(like the second one)?And if it can be performed anywhere on the field can I still make it around me like the second technique,like an all direction defense?

I once again gather chakra,but this time a greater amount.With that done,I release it all around me,forming a huge tornado that spins with me at its center.What does the range on this mean,does it like have a clearing of a short range radius with me in the center and after that the winds begin and span into long range if I want?
