Riptide waited for his sensei to show up to teach him how to control this wonderful gift, he leaned against the wall at the training ground he was instructed to await for him. He was sporting his white fur coat with his bright white tuxedo underneath with his white expensive brogues on his feet after all what ninja doesnt want to show off his worth to others? and whats the point of having all this money and now spend it and show it off flashy Riptide though to himself as he awaited this sensei.

He wondered what he be like his face smirking like he usually does as he waits he decides to bite into an apple and chew as he awaited..

"So, tell me what you know about Typhoon?"

I asked, my arms folded. He seemed knowledgeable enough to come prepared. If not, then I am not sure he is in the right place.

Riptide saw that his sensei showed up; He stopped munching on his apple and simply tossed it away, listening to his sensei Riptide was about to describe what he already knew about his ability "Typhoon release or also known as Taiton is an advance element which is an advancement over the basic wind element much like black lighting is an advancement over the lighting element. From what i know Taiton can be used to create a hurricane power wind that is able to to cut through the thickest of defenses with raw power. From what i have read in various archives of data Taiton is strong to both earth and lighting and have no actual elemental weakness meaning most would have to match in in raw power."

Riptide would then button open his tuxedo alittle to let some breeze in as he was rather stuffy as he awaited a response from his sensei

 

[Detective L]

"Indeed, as a former Wind user, I can see how Typhoon can be useful. However, there is a lot that can still be figured out with the element, and I do hope you have plans to do so. Nonetheless, the techniques that do exist for it, require fairly high level of control. I am not sure we can advanced to them now, but is there something more you'd like to know about the element? So we can see if we can discuss it."

I stated, waiting for my student to ask something.

Riptide grinned at his sensei quickly thinking of everything he was going to be doing with this gift a lot of destruction was running through his mind as his sensei mentioned what he was planning to do with it of course he was planning to develop his ninjustu in the area further as he has done with some other elements "Well im guessing there hasnt been many known users of this gift as journeying through many villages and reading their archives has revealed little to nothing but once i know i have fully mastered the basics and fundamentals of this ability i have more then a few ideas of creating new justu for this marvellous ability.. While i hate admitting it" Riptide face grew a little red it was hard for him to admit at all that he couldn't do something because of his arrogance "i believe some of the techs i have read may be too advance at the current moment in time z.z"

Ill post my question here i am alright submitting up to my rank in custom justu seeing as the lowest starting rank of techs would be A ranks? So would i be alright submitting B ranks ?

Riptide was now curious was he of the same ability as him? he was clearly a lot stronger due to him being his teacher but could this man truly control typhoon's Riptide face began to glimmer with a menacing smile as he wanted to see how much destruction he would be capable of once he learnt to control this ability. Fixing his tuxedo and pulling his black silky hair back he would give an answer "hmm sure show me the extent of the power in what its true potential can do..." He say in a cold though sarcky voice. Riptide would step a few paces back giving his sensei some space to put a show on him.

 

[Detective L]

"Fine."

I stated, as I quickly formed a few hand seals. Releasing my chakra into the air around me, I formed a massive storming vortex around me and my student. The very ground lifted from its foundations, and were swung into the air. Debris and chaos whirled around us, with us safe at the center.

"More?"

I asked, as I focused more chakra into it, and expanded it. Destroying more and more land area around us, creating a massive vortex that spans around us till it dissipates.

Riptide hair started flying all over as the tornado was formed "tsch..." he would say as he raised his left arm to place over the top of his face trying to keep watch as the massive tornado formed and its power causing the ground below him to begin being dismantled piece by piece this power was truly a gift that he wanted to learnt to control so bad.

Then his sensei emitted more charka and the tornado became a massive typhoon growing not just in size but power also... seemed he was like the same as himself afterall... Riptide was now curious to see what else this guy could do.

Right so i got a question about that technique since its there thought it couldnt hurt, say you put less charka into it and form a weaker tornado could you then put more charka into it next turn to form a stronger and bigger tornado? also does it still count as a move it just says put extra effort into it.

 

[Detective L]

That was just for dramatic effect, it'd be two different uses of the technique, so it would count as two techniques and has to be posted twice O_O.

Oh was just wondering cause as said here "With effort he can increase the scale and intensity of the storm, being capable of covering an entire island." thought i just ask this since we got nothing else to do until im jounin lol
