No one likes to be fat, the world hates fat people, and that is the truth.
It's even sadder when your skinny because you can't magically get bigger. Even harder on men then it is for women though.

People honestly think it's a joke. Losing weight is childs play compared to building muscle. You literally have to eat yourself sick ( 6 times a day and more ). Lift weight that has you struggling every time. A 6-12 reps is a set and thats saying a ton compared to women who life little dinky 5 pound weights 30-100 times. And after spending soo much on food the rate at how your body puts on weight is tiny and if not kept up can cause you to lose the progress within days.

Losing weight just takes, not eating junk. Eating less and doing the easiest of workouts. Workouts that you learned in school when you where like 10 years old. Running is Free, sit ups and crunches are free. Stairs are free.

So the "all sizes are beautiful" nonsense is a lie. When Men are not accepted for being thin just as many ladies are not accepted as being fat. Every single time you see an image of a comic book hero who is super buff, super good looking it sends the same self image to men just as super models send to women.

Honestly, I agree with you, OP. However, I am a more of a "Meet you halfway" person and I am very understanding. I would like for my man to keep himself healthy so that he can look and feel the best way he can, inside and out. I also want him to stay fit for health reasons. I would love to have him with me as long as I can, without any illness. However, I'm not just going to tell him to do that and refrain from doing it myself. I will work hard to make sure that I am nice and fit to remain and healthy and attractive for him as he first met me. Not only will I do it for him, but for myself to. I like to be fit, inside and out.

But like I said, I am pretty understanding. If he gains weight for medical reasons, or he's depressed, or for something out of his control, I won't mind it. However, I will work with the inner issues (whatever may be ailing him), so that we can both work together to get him back to where he was before. That will also be something I would like for him to do with me, although I am capable of doing it myself, I would like the support.

I will take all the fat girls you butt holes leave me. At least I know they won't be thirsty for anyone else, since they know I am all they can get. Plus they can keep me warm in the winter and shady in the summer.

I like women to not be fat as I try to not be fat. It is not hard to stay in shape, eating properly is the #1 thing. One of my friends switched to my eating habits and he is losing about 5lbs a week by doing nothing.

Please don't diet. Dieting is so bad for you it is ridiculous. Malnourishment makes you not want to move, your like a living zombie. How about cutting back on what you eat? Get smaller portions, wait 20 minutes before getting seconds, as that is how long it takes for your stomach to tell your brain that you are full. Please eat Fiber, as it keeps you fuller longer. Just run. Cardiovascular exercise is the best solution to burning fat. A great goal to stand by is losing 1-2 lbs a week, or at least the healthy way too keep it off.

Change your diet do not diet. If you eat right all the time then you do not need to worry about eating a cheesecake as it will have no effect on you. U_U Though cheesecake is far too sweet for my tastes, good ol 72% chocolate is my candy of choice.

What I would do too that.
Maby her belly button, I doubt the rest of her is accessible

Dieting isnt that bad. It depends on people's definition of dieting. On a proper diet, it could be really healthy for you. But the "starve yourself diet" doesnt work

As long as the girl isn't incredibly overweight or dead skinny, she might be damn fine in my books. But I do like women who strive to take care of themselves. Just shows me they value themselves, but taking it to extremes is where I draw the line.
