This is like 20years old.

And tbh, it's one of the few songs I don't like at all from his album.

Dark Stains, Buffalo, Deathcamp, etc. are much better.

It's Uncle Charlie, he's a studio singer. He also did the vocals on that kanye west song "bound 2" with Kim on the bike, and a few other songs.
