i'd put living minato in tier 5, tobirama and izuna in tier 7.

Minato and Itachi have always been neck and neck, clones put living Minato above Itachi now, but not by a whole tier.

I don't think Tobirama should be a whole tier below Mu, 3rd Raikage etc.

I'll move Izuna down to tier 7 though.

Mu, 3rd Raikage and Bee are currently stronger, since tobirama is featless.

living itachi is no challenge whatsoever, cause of his sickness. that's why i'd put living minato on the same tier list as edo itachi.

Mu, Raikage, and B being currently stronger than Tobirama due to his lack of feats doesn't mean that he should be a tier below them. Portrayal is used in this case, but you don't have to agree as I can't really prove anything.

you shouldn't underestimate itachis sickness, it does make him weaker. remember the itachi vs sasuke fight?

personally, i wouldn't put people on a high tier cause of hype, but its your list, so i won't argue with you about it.

When he relies on MS Techs for the whole fight his sickness comes into play. Using Amaterasu, and high levels of Susanoo like he did against Sasuke is pointless because he knows that he can evade all that stuff.

Though you have a point, so I'll move him up.
