The zetsu thing may have been just referring to obito. And keeping him alive. Or maybe even naruto(doubt it)

Or it may have been a order for zetsu to go and kill naruto(since he is on the verge of death)

You misunderstood. By healing he means the infinite tsukuyomi which he wishes to begin.
The hawk doesn't have a rinnegan, if it had, it had been mentioned in any way in this chapter. Hashirama would've probably said something.

Besides, Tsunade and Sakura are keeping people alive.
