1. Don't think anything would happen to an Ashura successor. Hagoromo said he was worried about Indra's successors getting the Rinnegan. Ashura's successors may not be able to get it aside from a transplant.

2. Kakashi has more experience than Sakura when it comes to dojutsu, I guess.

Kakashi didn't awaken the Susano'o. Obito did, he just didn't have the chakra to use it himself.

I was just wondering because it would seem more believable if he gave it to his closest friend who didn't give up on him
you were right thou I was thinking it was probably because kakshi has more experience.

1. Most likely wouldn't awaken the rinnegan. It would probably give a boost to their chakra or something like that (or nothing, who knows).

2. Kakashi is a Genius with past eye experience, and literally the only one conscious other than Sakura. And I don't blame Sasuke for not choosing Sakura to possess one of the most powerful things on the planet.

1. They should awaken the rinnegan or they probably need a physical piece of a indra transmigrant (i.e the eyes)

2. Maybe because he's the most experience with sharingan outside of the uchiha? Sasuke's eye is a mix of both.
