Well it obviously depends on the specific users eye techniques. Someone like obito who has kamui would be stronger with an ems then a rinnegan imo. Then again someone like sasuke would be stronger with a rinnegan that he can convert back and forth.

ehh id prefer is sasuke doesnt become the next obito... lol keep it either both EMS or both Rinnegan.

Well i know its not a common opinion but i think an ems and a rinnegan are kinda equal. EMS has alot of advantages like strong genjutsus and specialized techs like tyskonomi and susano. I think ill wait to see the true power of the rinnegan when madara gets both eyes to say which is stronger.

Well im sure that havin Rinnegan and Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan is better than having just EMS only.
