Shino is boss, would love to see more from him.

Sakura is better, she's the most intelligent, easily. Has the best chakra control, already one of the few even near Tsunades level, who is like the god of shinobi medicine. She can summon katsuyu. Has more raw power than 95% of the men.

2. No. He has a new interesting jutsus but thats about it. The other kunoichi you mentioned are better characters and have a wider range of jutsu than sakura does. a better support character than them but overall i would take Hinata over Sakura fighting wise but no one can replace her medical ninjutsu
