Two questions about chapter 598

1. Anyone else scared by what Tobi says on this page? Kishi is either trolling or making another hint that Tobi might be Obito, which I wouldn't like.

Tobi says "I'm not afraid of some borrowed power..."
Is his sharingan not borrowed? If not, then that would mean the sharingan originally belongs to him. Why would he talk smack to Kakashi for having a borrowed power if his belonged to Obito as well? He's either a hypocrite or he's *gulp* Obito.
2. Bee's tentacle(s) were cut off by Tobi's gigantic shuriken(s).

Is this foreshadowing something? Like when Sasuke cut off Bee's tentacle, which Tobi later found to be useful.

I have a very hard time believing if it was Obito, he would speak to Kakashi like that. "Yea but it's because he failed to protect Rin", lmao, that would be damn poor writing. Tobi isn't that weak. I'm guessing Tobi has had worse problems than losing a teammate in his life even if it's not a small thing.
