That's just an assumption. Yeah, sasuke might have an EMS abilitiy, but he hasn't shown it yet. I can't make an hypothetical fight based on things that didn't happen. That's why I used "currently", because with everything both chars have displayed, naruto>sasuke.

Are you mad, macho? As I said, he hasn't used it yet, and he will most likely use the susanoo armor with his current susanoo(complete with legs), thus unlocking the same PS as madara's, maybe even more powerful(not considering the senjutsu from juugo). If he does tat, he will be equal to naruto BM. As he has juugo giving him senjutsu and powering his susanoo, he will be equal or almost equal to naruto BSM.
However, he hasn't used it yet. In an hypothetical fight, we can't consider things that didn't happen. And still, when he uses his final PS, he will be almost equal or equal to naruto BSM, not above. And don't come with "oh, but his EMS ability". He hasn't shown it, and we don't even know if he has one. So, for now, Naruto>sasuke. When sasuke uses final PS, Naruto=sasuke.
