Yup there's in fact two of them! Tobi AND Madara. I thought Tobi was Izuna But No its actually madara. Think about it. Madara is an evil greedy man that wants the ninja world and creates a clone to help him(Tobi). He is the mystery behind zetsu.

So if you told your clone the plan to ultimate power would your clone go with the plan to empower YOU or would he use that power to kill you and then become the real you???? I think Tobi is an.evil madara that turned even more sinister than the original!
