Okay if they divide the duities more like Hiruzen and Danzo did maybe, but there is also the issue if the village will trust Sasuke enough to give him such a position.

It's gonna be like Danzo and Hiruzen all over again. One bathed in the light while the other is covered in the dark. But let's face it no one can defeat either of them anyway so they would have to fight over the position.

naruto can be kage, sasuke can take danzos role, I think it fits him better
