What rank must you be to have tow elemental releases? And also, I've recently became Special Jounin, how do I change my bio from Chunin to S-Jonin now?

I don't think the number of elemental affinities directly relates to a rank. I believe it said in the anime or manga at some point that most Jounin can use 2 different types, not completely sure though.

Since your first question has been answered, to your second question, "how do I change my bio from Chuunin to S-Jounin now?"

You update your Bio. However, rankings mean nothing in the update. Although, it still require you to update. It is only important to update your Bio when you have further completion in your training or special abilities such as Kekkei Genkai, Hidden Techniques, etc.
