Is it me or has any body else notice that kakashi is able to warp things from distant while obito has to,touch an object to warp it

Yup! I believe that it is because Obito has the right eye(ability to me intangible) and Kakashi has the left(ability to warp things)

Obito can go intangible, Kakashi can warp away things
