Two Dawnbreakers Glitch? "for Skyrim players"

I was told that the Skyrim glitch where when you cast a certain spell around the dawnbreaker that makes another one appear was fixed..is that true?

Nope, never heard of it. Maybe it's a mod?

Most of the glitches have been ironed out, unfortunately (Oghma Infinium, Y U GOT PATCHED?! *cries*)
