Healing is Kurama's thing and large reserves are Senju's. Only two Uzumaki have known large reserves of their own, and they're exceptions. Esp. Looking at Karin who gets tired after one heal.

Having a large life force guarantees large chakra reserves, ebisu explained this since part 1.

Life force grants healing factor as shown with hashirama, his vitality and life force is responsible for his healing, DB confirms this
