Gee,everything naruto can do is cause of Kurama, at least Sasuke could stomp even The Hokage with his own MS powers.

The Hokage is Tsunade :|.
Sasuke would get trashed against the four other hokages.

When Naruto pulls out "that jutsu" that jiraiyan and minato said they were working on but couldn't complete without Kurama's chakra, you guys will regret this.

I think people underrate how much Naruto grew over the time skip. He was still hot-headed in the beginning of Shippuden but honestly, it's an improvement from his part 1 self. He's reckless, but still logical. Check out these panels as well:

That's an excellent usage of his clones, and his speed by which he makes them have grown sufficiently.

He stopped Chiyo's attack despite the uncalled attack. Chiyo has a 4.5 in taijutsu and a 4.0 in speed. While Naruto's skills by himself aren't up to that level, he makes up for it by using his clones to aid him.

Mind you, Naruto has always been known to come up with plans that don't fit the "intelligent" stereotype. He's different, but not inferior. I don't see why people label him as a complete imbecile in combat.. most of his cringe worthy actions are for comedy and when Naruto gets serious, he's a completely different shinobi (calling this out because I'm expecting the Rasengan on Nagato panel).

Naruto was a F'ing RETARD and didnt understand learning things too well. It wasnt until he realized he learned through his experiences of his shadow clones does he truly start becoming an intelligent shinobi and incredibly STRONG

Its true that naruto has had his moments, but other than the fact of already being a master of shadow clones, he didnt even try to accel on anything else.

Than I don't think it's a matter of Naruto getting better or not, but how Naruto prioritized his goals (or what Jiraiya had in mind for him). In all honestly it's probably all that time he spent with the Rasengan that led him to create such combos after he received the Kyuubi's chakra. Plus it's the basis for the Tailed Beast Rasengan technique.

But naruto didnt even know that at the time. And that doesnt change the fact that TWO AND A-HALF YEARS LATER, ya know what I mean?

I want naruto to lose karuma, then go off for two years and learn a whole bunch of techs, then come back and regain karuma.
First off Karuma isn't a character. If you're talking about the tailed beast his name is Kurama. Second Naruto can't just get rid of the nine-tails just like that, it's SEALED within him.

Most of the old people in this show are bad-ass. Chiyo counts as one of them. Tsuchikage is an old man, so what he's a complete bad-ass with his particle release.
