cobra had his team search the police station after a successful capture. file on scorpion and dragon members were retrieved and taken to cobra. 'good get all the extra weapons and ammo it will be useful.' cobra walked to the back found prisoners in cells. 'how would you all like to work for scorpion?'

through out the streets looting, riots, fighting. the police began falling back and the national guard began taking their place.
'cobra sound the retreat from checkpoint echo and regroup at check point delta. the national guard is a better fighting force and we might not have the numbers to fight them all. recon will cover your retreat. also alert the sergeants to reinforce delta.' 'on it.' the assault teams began to retreat. recon began firing and covering the retreat before retreating themselves.

the tall man with no emotion spoke with ghost via comm link. 'captain ghost i hear the campaign ended with a retreat. why is that?' 'commander if we were to continue pushing forward we would have been surly defeated. considering most of the cities forces were recruited we would not have been able to to regroup fully before the police and the guard took the city back. as of now we are fully restocked of supplies and we will be detonating charges in the city soon.' 'hmm. i'll let the setback slide this time because your record is outstanding but do not let it happen again.' 'sir yes sir.' the comm-link was shut off. 'cobra denote the charges.' 'right away.' cobra sends orders for the charges to be detonated. through out the city building come crashing down, and the guard, police firefighters, and ambulance are sent everywhere to contain the mess, but being sprend too thin allows for scorpion forces to re-establish the charge for the city.

recruits begin rising banners of the scorpion legion. 'long live scorpion!!! we have taken three quadrants of the city and come sunrise the forth will be ours. rest easy my brothers... not even the dragons can defeat us now!!!' hundreds of scorpions solders cheered. 'sergeant make all necessary preparations. tomorrow we take the rest of the city before the dragons can fully mobilize. i'm also anticipating reinforcements.' 'yes sir.'

ghost walked up and down the street. faint sounds of gunfire could be heard in the distance.

'raise those banners. send in the fresh troops with orders to change the lines. move the assault units and hold those lines. move quickly!!' 'yes sir!' the troops quickly followed ghosts orders. 'so hows the future lieutenant coming along?' 'do not get my hopes up cobra. im still a captain. i still gotta do things i need to do to advance my goals.'
