Shai: Rookie if you want to get stronger you have to train. In order to train you have to warm up. Consider this the last time I am telling you this. Once your warm up is finished I will train you if you can stand up at that point. If you can't we will begin our meditation. You will start to hear something inside of you that you have not noticed before.
(At this point just post the time frame of you doing the exercises)

'i've got a location where we can set up base. scorpion provided me with my own studio building way back when. the building is comprised of lofts. the ground level is the garage. first floor is like a recreation room. the second floor is the living quarters. its one huge living space with enough sleeping rooms for 6 agents. the third floor is what i like to call the weapons floor. gun range weapons and armor storage etc. etc. the 5th floor is the tech lab, i know you'll interested in that oblivion. and the 6th floor is free for renovation. we'll let violence run free there... for our safety.' tell me when your all set... oh and do bring king. cobra might be happy to have an robot to help keep him on his toes. haha.'

Shai: when you get to the next marker turn left and keep going. Do this twice and we are done with the warm up. It's two mile to the next marker
