In today’s world rumors are a float about a secret organization called Scorpion. Rumor has it that anyone who seeks them out disappears. However unknown to the world we live in everything we knew was digital. Those who went to Scorpion discovered that they were waking up in a strange world that's technology level was vastly superior to what they. Most of the people who awakened from the digital were bugged to serve Scorpion evil purpose of controlling the world. However some microchips didn't work and those people were rescued by Dragon. A mysterious organization bent on defeating any and all criminals. Some got unlucky and died fighting while others in the field survived in bizarre ways and gained unique abilities. Some people assume that Dragon developed theses powers through science and unfortunate accidents. Others believe that Dragon used their dedicated men and trained them to unlock their hidden potential. Scorpion however had vastly superior technology due to the resources they have at their disposal. It’s well known that Scorpion is a criminal organization but no one except Dragon can compete with them. Scorpion has been behind almost every criminal thing that has happened in our world whether digital or real. Several well-known agents of Dragon are known as Fang and his curved fire blade, Eaglestrike with his wind arrows, and the Dark hound with her twin daggers of water. Scorpion has three known agents as well. They are the dark huntress with her legendary armory of guns, The Venom master with his array of poisonous equipment, Mortar with his insane knowledge of explosive. The Dragons also have a rising star called Thunder wolf with his twin double edge swords that release bursts of lightening. A rookie for Scorpion also appeared known as metal x and is a walking armory.
Dragons- They specialize in training there forces in unique fighting styles and unique attacks. They took the name Dragon because none of them are willing to surrender even under impossible odds. Dragon can’t be mind controlled because of their unrelenting loyalty. Since Dragons specialize in unique fighting styles their energy consumption for spell is greatly reduced enabling them to cast a level three technique for the energy cost of a lever one technique. They don’t have the highest grade armor or weapons.
Scorpions- They specializes in mind control and no one knows their leaders faces in fact some believe that the scorpions have a leader but the Dragons don’t. The scorpions specialize in high tech weaponry and armory to win their fights they often do research with caring who they hurt. Scorpions have simpler loyalty to each other but there are several fractions that are kept at bay by the leader. Due to the Scorpions weak energy control a level one technique cost the user the equivalent to a level two or three technique depending on the complexity.

This is the base energy level for everyone without training. Training increases a person’s ability overall abilities like Stamina, Health, Durability, Strength, speed, Endurance, Energy control. Remember that if your energy runs out or equals zero you faint. If it goes into the negative until 1200 your character is in a coma. If your character goes below 1200 hundred in the negative he or she dies.

This is the typical technique cost without any training. In order to learn techniques your character must be assigned an element which you can only get if your character is developed enough. You can only do spell if you’re taught them or post that your training to make a new one. Mods for this thread and me have the final say on any technique you develop.

Please remember that if you don’t give your character a personality and describe his or her location they won’t get unique techniques to aid them. This will include meeting NPCs.
Be creative and come up with any weapon you want. No one can become OP because energy levels can’t and won’t go that high. You can only do so much training before you max out your characters stats. Elements are given to your character by the personality they have. Please don’t post your character doing something in one line. You can describe everything around them. Remember the world is incredibly advanced.

Bio: Around the time Shai turned 10 years a stranger was going around the neighborhood he lived in and kidnapping the children. One day while walking home from school Shai got kidnapped along with the rest of his family. After getting set free from the digital world (the world we know) Shai and his family escaped. However while they were escaping several Scorpion agents tried to stop them but in the end the Scorpion agents died in combat and the microchips were never placed inside them. Shai’s parents died but him, his brother, his sister in law who is pregnant survived and escaped. As they fled the building they met up with a Dragon agent who went by the name Fang. With no other option they went with him. He explained about the world they were in and the one they left. Seven month later Shai’s sister in law gave birth to a baby boy. During this point in time Shai trained with fang who was one of the few people on the ship who could put up with training Shai and his insane amount of energy. They gave Shai a dog to help calm his energy down but that didn’t work as well as they thought. On Shai’s 12th birthday his body felt as if it had a constant shock running through him. Fang found out and explained that to Shai that he could wield lightening but Fang wasn’t sure when the ability would manifest. Two months later Fang and Shai got into trouble when they went over a land mine and the car blew up. Fang unleashed his energy to protect himself and Shai felt an energy surge created a force field of energy (level 5 lightening). After a quick battle Fang and Shai completed their mission and went back to base. Fang began to train Shai and soon they learned that despite physical appearances lightening was second nature him. This meant that everything was more natural to him involving lightening however it wasn’t his specialty as they quickly found out. On Shai’s 13th birthday Shai accidently used wind and Fang quickly found a teacher to train him. During that time Shai unlocked his specialty but getting frustrated he accidently combine the two and hit his trainer with a thunder bolt (level 5 thunder. Combine two level fives together). After that Shai quickly harnessed his ability fully after intense training and took the code name Thunder wolf. On his 16th birthday he rose to the rank of Dragon.
