Twin Snakes Mutual Death Technique

So here's a thought, when Anko fought Orochimaru in the Forest of Death she attempted to killl him with Murder/Suicide technique Twin Snakes: Mutual Death Technique. Orochimaru knew the technique as well, so why have we never seen him use this in conjunction with the Body Replacement technique to effortlessly kill off someone.

I for one think it would be pretty awesome.

My logic is all the times in the manga we've seen characters right up in each others faces. Sure the technique requires both opponents to create a seal with one hand, but it would be pretty sweet nonetheless.
