I liked the books, I indeed did not like the sparkling, I mean wtf! Also a few things didn't compute for me. Why/How does a vampire who has lived for centuries fall in love with a teenage girl... it doesn't make sense to me. It's sick on a level.
Why do these vampires go to school, it can't be for the education, they don't befriend any humans, so it's not for the company...it again, makes no sense...completely none. Other than that, I enjoyed the love story, and the near fight between them and the Volturi.
I don't like the movies. Stewart can't act. Patterson can barely act. The directors are idiots.
Everyone has the right to their own opinions. So if some doesn't like Twilight, they have that right. I do agree that many go over the line, and love labelling people who do like Twilight pussies and downright retarded (that's BS) but you can't argue with an a**, it's a lesson in futility.
