Like of all time or current shows? I'll mix it up.
1) Chuck - I just love every single character, and it always gives me a warm feeling when watching the character interactions =D
2) Game of Thrones - The most well made show I've ever seen, in terms of sets, characters and great actors
3) Lost - Although it has its faults, it's one of the most intriguing shows of all time
4) Spartacus - Boobs... No, seriously, behind all the naked women and gory action, there's good stories with twists and
turns
5) Supernatural - First five seasons are masterpieces. Season six and seven aren't that good, but they managed to get back on track in season eight. The great part in this show is the relationship between Dean and Sam, and their friends and family
Honorable mention:
Smallville - It's one of my favorite shows of all time and could easily take the place of one of the shows I mentioned. It suffered a bit from a low budget and a few not so stellar seasons, but it still is one of my all time favorites because I watched it from beginning to end. I cried throughout the entire final episode =D
The Vampire Diaries - The same thing for this show as well. Every guy thinks it's just about teen romance and all that stuff, but it's an EXCELLENT show. And almost every single episode has a cliffhanger, which is both a blessing and a curse.
Breaking Bad - This is without a doubt the smartest show I have ever seen. I mean.. Damn... It's like the creators have been in the crystal meth/murdering business or something. And it's wonderfully acted, especially Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul.
Dexter - The first four seasons are terrific. The first season is just brilliant. The second always keeps you on the edge of your seat. The third one... Ehh, not that great, but still pretty good. The fourth one... It might be one of the best seasons I've ever seen of a tv show.
Know what, forget about the top 5 list xD I'm seriously starting to doubt my list. I love tv shows, that's all I have to say. It's near impossible to make a top 5. All I know is that Chuck is my favorite show of all time. After that, I can take any pick of the ones I mentioned and set them in order, then regret it afterwards.
