Tsunade casually walks onto an open clearing, in some unknown mountain range, in the Land of lightning.
She comes to a halt, when she notices an ugly looking boy standing approximately ten meters away from her.
Tsunade in the mood to have some fun, and tease the kid, begins to make a deal with him. "Kid how bout we make a deal. If you can beat me in a fight, I'll give you something in return."
As the kid nods yes, Tsunade begins to channel her lightning chakra into his clothing, unknown to him. The lightning creates static electricity, in which even the slightest movement from your clothing will shock you, and constant movement will paralyze you.
Type: Offensive
Rank: B
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: A technique where the user builds and gathers their raiton chakra before releasing it out towards their opponent. Instead of targeting the opponents body, the user targets their clothes. Imbuing their Raiton chakra into all of the opponents garments. The purpose of this is to enhance and increase the chances of static electricity build up created by the opponents clothes when they move via friction and what not. Embedding so much chakra into the clothes of the opponents, that even with the slightest of movements the user experiences small static shocks. This makes tasks such as performing handseals or making bodily movements particularly hard as the opponent will be repeatedly shocked while doing so. Not to mention that tasks such as running and sprinting become extremely cumbersome as large electrical discharges are sent through the opponents body repeatedly. Due to the fact that the larger and more boisterous the movements, the more frequent and powerful the static discharges. This effectively makes the opponents own clothes both their prison and possibly even their demise and undoing. Weather also has a play in the technique, should it be breezy then the opponents clothes will be moved by an exterior force, thus static electricity will be produced. When the opponent uses a water jutsu it plays little role in the static discharges, and if by any chance the discharges and the water meet, the electricity will simply conduct into the water technique as a exceptionally weak current that follows the waters flow and thus slightly empowers the jutsu. Even if the flow of the water was to result in the current conducting towards the opponent, since the static discharges are relatively weak unless exceptionally large movements are made, such as running, the damage dealt wouldn't be that great. Simply minor shock and possibly momentary paralysis at worst.
Notes:
- Can only be used 2x
- Lasts for two turns
- No Raiton jutsu above A rank for the rest of the turn.
- Can only be taught by Scaze
Tsunade then quickly follows up by having four large earth pillars rise up beneath you, and all around you. The shock wave these pillars create, begin to cause your clothes to move constantly, and thus you'll constantly be shocked by it, and unfortunately paralyzed.
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: This jutsu causes gigantic pillars of rock to forcefully emerge from the ground. This is a even greater scaled Earth Release: Rising Spikes and is large enough to impale a summoning technique.
As Kurapika observes the old hag's movement as she blathers, he decides to make a handseal in order to preform a technique to capture her. However, the moment he moves his hand, he feels an electrical shock stronger than any static shock he's ever experienced. Knowing that even though the shock didn't do much to him, it is too strong to be a normal static shock, and feeling his body hair being pulled to his cloths as he pulled his arm, and knowing a normal static shock would never occur in a place so humid, such as the land of lightning, Kurapika thanks Jesus and Allah for having blessed him with an education which will help save his life in the following few seconds. Right now, Kurapika has concluded that the old hag is charging his cloths with static electricity.
As the shocks start to increase in numbers for the slightest movements indicating that the old hag's jutsu is still escalating, Kurapika endures the pain as he drops the hands he has risen before suddenly, making his five chains drop the ground. The chains having contact with cloths and the ground work as a conductor for the static electricity and create a discharging current, which will release any static electricity from his cloths into the ground.
At the same time as Kurapika drops his hands to the ground, he starts to send his own chakra towards the old hag undetected, which will restrict the old hag's movements.
(Kanashibari no Jutsu) - Temporary Body Paralysis Technique
Rank: D
Type:Supplementary
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra:15
Damge Points:N/A
Description: Kanashibari no Jutsu is an advanced Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an individual or animal. With the person frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat.
While the hag is still unaware of Kurapika's escape from the jutsu, and is unable to move, thus can't look up, an opening from the sky starts to pour a huge mass of sticky mud on her.
(Doton: Nentsuchi Otoshi) – Earth Release: Sticky Earth Drop
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short – Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user creates an opening within the sky, which drips down onto the opponent a large amount of mud, covering them. It’s normally followed up by Lightning release: sixteen pillar bind to create a giant oven around the opponent and then using Fire release: Firing biscuit technique to ignite the oven, hardening the mud and immobilizing the enemy target.
While the mud is falling, and before it even reaches the old hag, Kurapika quickly performs a single handseal, releasing the quickest raiton jutsu he knows of, which is so fast that it finishes almost in conjunction with the last jutsu.
(Raiton: Kangekiha) – Lightning Release: Wave of Inspiration
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 25
Damage point: 30 (normally) 50 (when used in conjunction with water technique)
Description: After using a Water Style technique, the user releases a wave of electricity that can electrocute any water within range, electrocuting and knocking back an opponent in contact with the water. When used without a water technique, its power is moderate. The technique can be used extremely quickly, so that it finishes almost in conjunction with the previous jutsu.
