[Sub]1 Tomoe: with this comes the sight of the flow of chakra, and it allows the user to perceive motions, which in turn enhances their reflexes (but not by a HUGE margin).[/Sub]
This ninja...

So you ain't wrong, but let's add on.

A sharingan wielder has two "visions": Normal Vision and Chakra Vision. Normal vision is what you'd expect. Chakra Vision is essentially thermal vision or infrared vision, but instead of seeing heat signatures, you see chakra. The wielder of a sharingan is able to see chakra once the 1st tomoe is activated. The chakra can be seen through the chakra system, in the air, as a solid form, as it is channeled through a medium, etc. It can be seen as long as there are no solid hindrance blocking the way. You are able to look to your own chakra system to confirm that you are under an illusion by analyzing the disturbed chakra system, but keep in mind, it is considered a bit of a meta game to look at your chakra system without the proper reasoning and explanation, though it's still done a lot. Along with chakra perception, an Uchiha with is able to notice the difference in elemental chakra. The color they see remains the same, however, a shinobi familiarized with the basic five should know the properties of a particular element. This is done by examining how it flows; wind chakra to an Uchiha will look relatively thin and sharp as opposed to regular chakra, while water chakra would have a smoother flow, etc. The user can see through some solids, only those that are relatively thin and not thick in width. On top of this vision, your visual reaction increases. The 1T Sharingan gives the user 1.5x tracking speeds, in regards to the RP. The 1T is not as powerful, but nevertheless it grants some form of enhanced tracking. The tracking ability pertains to the ability to react to faster speeds and actions. This also includes formulating an attack, deciding on a quick counter, etc. The tracking ability of the Sharingan basically allows a person to see a projectile, or a moving object like a moving fist slowed down. This means that despite being able to track the enemy, if they get too close, you have a smaller gap of time to defend accordingly. Your tracking abilities, and along with general Sharingan abilities are enhanced slowly over time as you train and grow.

Any questions?

[Sub]That's a great, lucid explanation. I understand fully, no question.[/Sub]

Aight cool, now lemme hit you with a hypothetical. Say I'm an enemy that you were fighting and after some fighting I dash into a very thick forest. Not only that, but I use the standard clone tech to make a bunch of false me's that run around the forest at high speeds, never directly attacking you, but still trying to avoid you. How do you find me using your Sharingan. Be descriptive and thorough

Reference Tech | (Bunshin No Jutsu) - Clone Technique
Type: Supplementary
Rank: E-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra: 5
Damage: N/A
Description: A Clone made of the user that can move (But cannot use any Jutsu). This clone is merely an illusionary projection of the user.

Note: The clone Jutsu can be made with different elements as a D-Rank Jutsu under its own Element (Mizu/Water, Tsuchi/Earth, Sumi/Ink)

[Sub]Firstly, I activate my sharingan at its first comma and can see everything in slow motion. But this mode of vision avails me not in this context. So I switch to chakra mode. Analyzing the many clones, I see there is a thread of chakra leading from every one of them, and each thread converging into a single direction. From this I figure that they're all partisans of the original, so I follow the trail until I find him.

Reading your explanation of 1T once more, I've got a few questions. You mention that water chakra appears smooth, and wind as thin and sharp. What about fire and earth? Also, if I'm using the chakra vision and looking at an opponent, and they perform hand seals and mold chakra for a technique, would I be able to predict the nature of the technique based on the characteristics their chakra would take? So big think I want to note is that there is no "mode" of viewing for sharingan. All of it's traits occur simultaneously. It's not like you need to switch from slow mode to chakra mode. As soon as your Sharingan is active, you have all of it's benefits, including the faster tracking and chakra viewing.

General idea for the base elements is that Water is fluid and smooth, wind is thin and sharp, lightning is quick and vibrates, earth is more solid and you can maybe view it as seeming "denser or heavier", and fire should look like it's moving wildly, not as fast as vibrating like lightning and more messy.

Yes, if you're looking at an opponent while they are moulding chakra, with or without handseals, you can predict their elemental nature of the tech they'll make.

Now, as for the hypothetical situation, let's review that over. First, you wouldn't be able to see a thread of chakra from each clone coming back to the user. However, what you should notice is that the clone is an illusion. Using the surroundings alone can confirm this fact. You wouldn't be able to hear sounds or see shadows coming from them. But the purpose of this training is to get you to understand this using your Sharingan. With it, you'd notice that they don't have a chakra network. Additionally, the advanced tracking speed would allow you to keep up with them. As such, you'd only need to look amongst all the clones and see which person actually has chakra to identify he was the real one.

Any questions or concerns?

[Sub]Oh right, seems I forgot how genjutsus worked for a moment. No question[/Sub]

Well the E-Rank Clone tech isn't Genjutsu either, but don't worry about it. Now, I'm gonna need to see that you're capable of utilizing your Sharingan effectively if you want it to grow so...

You're looking straight at your opponent. With no visual cues like handseals, a storm suddenly appears on the terrain. Lightning cracks and thunder roars as the sky is filled in dark clouds. You should feel strange, as though the storm looks authentic, you're not really experiencing it. You shouldn't be able to feel the shocks from the lightning or such. Lightning strikes down and suddenly the opponent disappears. As you're in the "storm" you would imagine it's all fake, but then suddenly you're struck with an electrical shock. This would surprise you as you'd initially think the storm setting was an illusion, but you suddenly felt a real bolt of electricity which would make you reconsider that perhaps the storm was real. If you don't think of something, you'll continue receiving a barrage of electrically charged hits from your blind spot.

Deduce, with reasonable logic and the Sharingan's abilities, what your opponent is doing and add in a method to counter your opponent's attack before you're too injured.

Techs Used in Hypothetical
(Magen: Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu) — Demonic Illusion: False Surroundings Technique

Rank: D
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 10 (+5 if you use it double)

(Raijin) — Zeus
Type: Offensive
Rank: B-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra: 20
Damage: 40
Description: The user will strike the target into the air with a lightning infused uppercut palm attack.

[Sub]As I size up the enemy with my sharingan, keeping a keen eye on his chakra, a loud, cracking noise proliferates throughout the sky. This is followed pronto by the darkening of the clouds as a storm develops at record speed and encases on my location. Then without warning a bolt of lightning strikes down on the opponent and he disappears just as quickly as the lightning appeared. The whole ordeal was entirely strange because I didn't perceive any changes in his chakra before the sudden upheaval. With a philosophical approach I predict that this is a genjutsu, but then I'm struck by a bolt of lightning. Feeling the pain course through my body, I question if it actually is one. I decide to confirm this by holding my left hand before me and peering at my chakra flow. Indeed, it was disrupted. Which meant that whatever was striking me was beyond this genjutsu and happening in reality. Acting quickly, I stop my chakra flow, then restart it again, but with a lot more oomph behind it. This effectively dispels the illusion and the moment I'm brought back to reality, I impel a body of wind which expands in an omnidirectional manner, countering the lightning shots and forcing my opponent back.

( Genjutsu: Kai ) - Illusion Technique: Release
Rank: C-S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15-40
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user does one hand seal to focus and then proceeds to disturb his chakra flow by forcefully stopping it momentarily and then "spiking" his spiritual energy, unbalancing his chakra. This dispels any genjutsu set upon the user except MS Eye Techniques, Paralysis-like Genjutsu and Demonic Illusion: Toad Confrontation Chant. The effectiveness of this technique is dependent upon the skill of the user. A Jounin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to C-rank. An S-class ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to B-rank. A Sannin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to A-rank. A Sage rank user can dispel Genjutsu up to S-Rank. The user may use this technique through physical contact on others to dispel them from Genjutsu. The technique can only be used once per turn and the user still needs to fully follow the logic as to why he figured out it was an illusion.
(Fūton: Kujaku Senpūjin) - Wind Release: Peacock Whirlwind Formation
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Short
Chakra: 20
Damage: N/A
Description: This technique utilizes wind chakra into the users sword and then they release a vortex of wind that surrounds the users body and can push away materials covering the users body.
