I guess if you're so insistent on it, but I'm looking for a now fight. :)

==========

The landscape: a dusty area with absolutely no water available for usage. Katsura seems to be travelling the land in hope for finding a new acquaintance for his anti-foreigner faction against Konohagakure. Katsura is in an area in what seems to be on the way to Sunagakure though, with multiple scrolls at his side and a large, embellishing figure on his back which seems to be wrapped in bandages.

I wonder how long it will take me to get there. I'm slightly parched and nearly out of water for myself to embezzle in. I don't seem to have much time to get there.

Walking along the parched wasteland, Ikkaku started to feel thirsty. He had gone long without water, at least, 3 hours or so. He was out of his village - For no business though, he had no mission, nor any task that needed to be completed. He was simply bored and wanted some fresh air. As such, he decided to go visit his friends in Sunagakure. Beads of perspiration formed on the back of his neck, as the searing sun of the afternoon baked the ground to a dreary brown. Squinting in the ultraviolet rays of the sun, he tried to spot some water, but to no avail. None. Absolutely none. Not a single sign of life seemed to be anywhere in the vicinity. Desperately swallowing saliva, Ikkaku tried means and ways to keep himself hydrated, though he started to feel the effects of the sun. Notwithstanding, Ikkaku still looked forward to the old friends he would be meeting up with, after several long months, and possibly, new acquaintances. A silver of hope still lay at the end of the parched land, Sunagakure was nearing.

I...need...water...How long more is it to Sunagakure -_- I can't seem to even spot the border. I've been walking for 3 days in this barren wasteland, I seem to be getting nowhere! Am I lost or what?

Just then, a brilliant idea sparked in his head. Raising his head, he sent his chakra into the atmosphere, up into the clouds. Condensing his chakra into raindrops, the extra weight caused the clouds to sag, eventually, a huge downpour of rain ensued. Mixed with his chakra, Ikkaku could now sense anyone in his near vicinity, knowing their each and every movement. However, Ikkaku's purpose was not that to sense incoming living beings. Whipping out his trusty water-bottle - Empty as of the current moment, he unscrewed it, allowing the rainwater to fill up its contents. Hurriedly, Ikkaku took a sip to quench his thirst. It felt as though life was granted upon him once again. Subsequently, Ikkaku slotted his water bottle back into his backpack, as a chakra pulse was felt in the near distance. The rain seemed to have spotted someone - Someone approaching, someone strong.

As the sounds given off from the heavy footstops accentuated, the incessant and annoying tapping of the floor, Ikkaku could spot a silhouette in the distance. Curious, he called out to the figure; Or should I say, the 2 figures? One had an oddly distorted shape with several scrolls, or what seemed like scrolls tied to the figure's back. The other was that of a bandaged mummy of some sorts, which Ikkaku was thoroughly puzzled by. Interesting things you could come about whilst travelling ;) Ikkaku grinned in delight, from ear to ear, as he sensed the presence of the new figure.

I am Ikkaku M. Kaguya, from Iwagakure. Who, may you happen to be, my fair gentleman. What is your name, declare!

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.
