Tuesday chapters?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but sometimes chapters come out on tuesday. Is it possible to know when the next Tuesday release is orrrrr

Rarely we'll get chapters as early as Tuesday and no we don't know when the next time they'll release a chapter on Tuesday...

It's rare they come out on Tuesday. Usually it's about 12:00am on Wednesday on MangaPanda. Sometimes a little before, mostly a bit after. Well, for me anyway where I am (California).
