Nowhere in the Manga has Complete Susano'o actually been hit, so it's impossible to judge how much it can take.

I said Tsunade can break pretty much anything, and that's the truth. Nuclear bomb? Hardly.....do you even know the properties of a nuclear bomb? There are several chemical agents that add to the destructiveness making it lethal.

The TTBB is an explosion, albeit, a very very very very big explosion, but an explosion nonetheless....

And that radiation is definitely not going to be what breaks the susano'o. Basically, you are saying that while Tsunade's punch can destroy a susano'o, the Juubi's TBB which some on the base theorize to have destroyed all of the cloud village and makes regular TBBs look like a firecracker, cannot destroy a EMS susano'o? Seriously?

Also.....just the rib cage of the Susanoo saved Sasuke from the Raiger Bomb, which was performed by Ei who was at BIJUU power levels in his V2 mode......just thought you should know....

That you're underestimating Susanoo, btw, all Tsunade has is her strength and her suicide medical combat. Her strength is unrivalled in the entire Narutoverse.

Look at it this way
TT is the ultimate creature that is made from nature energy
It can destroy the earth with ease,just that susanoo can get cracked by a punch(no matter how strong) means it shouldnt be able to take such a big explosion
But since i dont have evidence to back me up I cant say i am right 100% just as no one else can
But think about it,TT is made to be extremley OP so it kinda makes sense that even susanoo cant handle it
