Tsunade's Yin Seal

So something interesting has left me with a question. How long does it take Tsunade to get back all of her chakra. After she's exhausted it all.
We know that she stores chakra for years in the seal above her forehead, but she completely exhausted that seal while Pein attacked. She wakes up with the seal and by the time she has reached the five kage conference her seal has returned. By the second day of war she has stored enough chakra for all that she did in the Gokage fight.
So the question is how long does Tsunade actually store chakra up there, and if she were to store chakra at the rate she did before the war, for years, then how much chakra would she have stored.

She can probably do one of two things, either
A. Passively store any excess chakra she doesn't need over the years, or in the case of war time or battle she could
B. Actively store larger quantities of her main chakra pool over shorter amounts of time in preparation for battle

depending on the situations she's in.

Not very long at all, when her and Jiraiya fought Oro and Kabuto she used and it was back later that episode. If I'm remembering correctly.
