Tsunade's speed and taijutsu skill is underrated

Valid point. However, that didn't save the rest of the leaf ninja. She didn't have regen, so she couldn't have tanked everything. This indicates great fighting skill or enough speed for evasion.

It's not like she ever defeated anyone either.

She only survived Hanzo and we don't know how long the battle was. He was facing all 3, and two of the were probably attacking Hanzo while she played support.

Kabuto did get the upper hand on Tsunade at 1 point in the fight. However, that was after he ate a food pill which increases chakra and abilities. Despite the fact that Kabuto was enhanced and her muscles and breathing were effected, she managed to land a blow. Jiraya also said that Kabuto was at Kakashi's level. Despite the advantages he had, he was forced to use Tsunade's fear of blood.

We've seen Madara move extremely fast before. It may have been a wood clone, but clones are no less fast than the originals, and it would have been to Madara's benefit if the clone to defend against Tsunade the best it could before ambushing her.

I'm not saying that Tsunade's anywhere near the fastest ninja. I'm just saying that she's clearly fast and skilled enough to connect to ninja as fast as Kakashi, Guy, Naruto, and Sasuke. Use the poll for your opinion.

Very possible. I really wish Tsunade had more panel time so that we could judge her speed for sure. I don't get why people think that she's incredibly slow though. We haven't really seen anything to support this.

I agree with you to a certain extent. However, don't forget that Kabuto was enhanced by a food pill, and Madara has sharingan. The way I think Tsunade would counter speed is by smashing the ground and prevent someone's full speed by demolishing their footing.

All he did was simple sneak from underneath her basically, he speed wasn't great regardless of his enhancements. Someone with great taijutsu would have been able to counter with good reflexes, she lacks in reflexes. But yes, i agree in using the environment to her advantage she can go against one with greater speed and ranged techniques

Yes, Madara anticipated it. That's different from reacting. Wouldn't have been an even better decoy if he had it distract her even more by dodging?

I agree, she is underrated.
She is not a speed demon, nor a top tier fighter, but she is definitely not as slow and weak as many of you think. She is a Kage for a reason, Kishi gave her the 2nd highest stats in the databook for a reason. She lacks screentime, that's her problem.

Never said you were im saying people make vs threads with these people and expect her to keep up with them. She might win another way but as far as speed she cant touch them thats when i hear most people saying tsunade is slow. Good pics. I just felt that since the susanoo's slow that it wouldn't be a good example. There are 2 ways to interperate the top picture. A. Tsunade forced Madara to defend or B. He underestimated her strength. However, with the dragoon flame, the first is more likely.

Without the sharingan, she has a chance of hitting kakashi, and that's only if he doesn't open the first gate.

Kakashi is still 1 point in speed above her in the databook, meaning that his overall speed will be greater and he could evade Tsunade's attacks much easier than someone with the same speed.
